Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A non-refundable planning fee may be required to begin research and secure travel arrangements. This will be disclosed before booking begins. Final prices are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until payment is made and confirmation is received. Payment schedules are set by the supplier (e.g., cruise lines, theme parks) and must be followed to avoid cancellation. Accepted Payment Methods We accept major credit/debit cards and secure electronic payments. Payment plans may be available depending on the supplier's policy. Cancellations & Changes Cancellation and change fees are dictated by the supplier (e.g., Disney, Universal, Royal Caribbean) and vary by product. After Duty Travels will provide the supplier’s terms and assist with cancellations or changes, but we are not responsible for any fees incurred. If a change request is made after the trip has been confirmed, additional fees may apply. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It protects your investment in the event of trip interruption, cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. If you decline insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial losses. Passports & Documentation Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification and travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, disability documentation). No refunds will be issued for failure to obtain necessary documents. Responsibility & Liability After Duty Travels acts only as an agent between clients and travel service providers. We are not liable for supplier failures, delays, or unforeseen issues. All clients must review and agree to the supplier’s terms and conditions at the time of booking.
